“It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.”― Germany Kent
This November, I’m hosting a Virtual Gratitude Journaling Group. We’ll be using Rupi Kaur’s Writing Prompts for Gratitude (get your own copy here) as our launching point. Beginning tomorrow, I’ll announce a random prompt each night. The next day, you’ll find ten minutes a day to journal about that prompt. You can journal first thing in the morning, right before you eat your lunch, just before you let your head hit your pillow, or any other time during your day.
There will be an opportunity to share with one another if you so choose, but sharing is not necessary. There is no right or wrong way to journal in gratitude.
Want to join in? Leave a comment below and I’ll get you connected to the group!
P.S. I’ve been using these prompts with my kids for creative writing and they’ve created some really amazing things. If you have kids, I encourage you to invite them to join in too. You can have a family journaling session after dinner each night!
Until next time,
Thank you! I would love to join-I'll send you my email address :)
I would love to!
